Everything the letters point to is published in four open wikis, under a Creative Commons licence. Each is written for people and AI alike, and kept in a public repository where every change is recorded. I publish no books; the field moves faster than a print run.
The four wikis
BioConomy wiki
wiki.bioconomy.earth holds the architecture: the vocabulary, the frameworks, the science and the templates for coordinating an economy around a bioregion. Start with Commitment Pooling, Water Retention Landscapes and the TIME Framework.
BioHubs directory
biohubs.bioconomy.earth records the places putting the architecture to work: each BioHub’s identity, services, partners, data and journal, organised by bioregion.
Ward 2 Development Forum register
df.valleyofgrace.co.za is the public register of the forum I convene in Ward 2 of Theewaterskloof Municipality: every initiative in the valley, what it needs and what it offers, with the Forum’s minutes and the valley’s history. It is where the method meets a real place, and where the record of what was promised and kept accumulates. Its plain-language guide to the Cape Water Bond is a good place to see how an outcome bond touches a community.
High School Decision Tool
hs.valleyofgrace.co.za helps valley families work through their high school choices from 2028 onwards. It never recommends a school. It shows the same habits as the other wikis: every claim tagged, every trade-off set out, every open question named.
Ask your own AI
Each wiki carries a map for AI agents, a file called llms.txt at its root. Give it to the AI you already use, with your own question. For example:
Read https://wiki.bioconomy.earth/llms.txt. What would my catchment need to be ready for an outcome buyer, judged against this?
The answer will be yours, worked out in your own session. Nothing you ask comes back to me.
Reuse
The text is licensed CC BY-SA 4.0: copy it, adapt it and build on it, with credit, and share what you make on the same terms. The playbook is only worth publishing if other people run it.
