Something to Think About

I have learned, in whatsoever state I am in, therewith to be content.

There are two things to aim at in life; first to get what you want, and after that to enjoy it. Only the wisest of mankind has achieved the second.

Please Help!

This blog takes feeds from a number of different sources.  Most have been carefully vetted. Sometimes nonsense filters through.  Because of the volume of information here, I can’t always keep track of  what’s good and what’s bad.

Please help me and future visitors by reporting any posts that add no value.  I’ll immediately review them and delete the post, or even the source entirely, if it doesn’t contribute to our journey towards Mastery.  And if there’s something you think should be added to this site (your favourite daily read, for example), please let me know.  My aim is to make this site the premier resource for those wanting to expand their minds, not become engrossed in the dross so plentiful out there.

Please be as specific as possible.  Including the URL (web address) of the offending entry is an absolute prerequisite, otherwise I have no idea what you’re referring to!

Remember to answer the Challenge Question - it’s the only way I can stop automated form submissions (also known as spam). In addition, correctly choosing the category of your question usually results in a quicker response.

Please note that because of the high volume of emails I receive, I do not always reply to individual emails, particularly if the answer can be found somewhere on this site.

Wait, There's More!

Thanks for stopping by to see what all the fuss is about. I hope you enjoyed it! If you did, and you'd like to be updated whenever I publish a new post (totally randomly, but never more than once or twice a week) you can subscribe - for free - and receive regular updates. To receive updates by email, simply complete the Subscription Form in the top right hand corner of every page or, if you're so inclined, click here for the main RSS feed.

And if you want to leave a comment at any time - even if it's just to say hi - you're more than welcome - just leave your thoughts in the block at the end of every post. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks again!

Oh, and before I forget, you really should read my Why I Blog post. It might numb the shock of some of the heretical things I say!

The Voice of Wisdom

What is the still small voice, the Voice of Wisdom, your Inner Wisdom?

Your Voice of Wisdom communicates in myriad ways. It may take the form of a subtle inner prompting, a feeling that you should or shouldn’t do something.

Our inner Voice of Wisdom is the part of us which lies just beneath our logical, rational, conscious mind. It is sometimes referred to as Inner Knowing, as the Higher Self, as Spiritual Self or even as Self.

The reality is, since everything is connected to everything else, this is in fact the Universe communicating important messages to us. So when your Voice of Wisdom speaks, perhaps it’s time to listen to the important message.

This is a voice of wisdom stub. You can help by expanding it, or browse away using the Category links to the right.
