An extraordinary life journey has prepared me for this moment of societal transition.

  • 20 years' experience working with household name multi-nationals in 16 cities on 6 continents, helping them navigate complex technology transitions.

  • An out-of-the-blue OBE (Out of Body Experience) on a beach in Thailand in 2004 that completely changed the direction of my life.

  • 20 years' self-funded, independent exploration into consciousness, human coordination, and Complex Adaptive Systems (as a direct result of the OBE).

And now I'm ready to bring to the table my strategic vision, deeply researched methodologies, and ability to translate concepts into actionable strategies.

My profound life journey makes me uniquely qualified to partner with forward-thinking business leaders ready for evolutionary fitness. (And I don't easily blow my own trumpet).

We're witnessing a profound moment in the human story. It's a shift that no one has fully navigated before. In such uncharted territory, no single individual can claim to have all the answers. Instead, it's about embracing the journey of discovery and continuous learning.

My educational background blends conventional credentials with my distinctive approach as a self-directed, lifelong learner. I've taught myself—through years of discipline—to integrate knowledge across multiple domains.

POLYDIDACT DEFINITION

A polydidact is a self-directed learner who cultivates a diverse range of knowledge across multiple disciplines, integrating various fields of study through independent exploration and synthesis. This term combines the breadth of understanding associated with a polymath and the self-taught nature of an autodidact.

Core Characteristics of Polydidactism

  • Self-Directed Learning Foundation: A polydidact embodies the principles of autodidacticism, which involves the practice of education without the guidance of teachers. This self-education approach emphasizes learner autonomy, where individuals take responsibility for learning in a holistic way from others – without necessarily needing their presence or hands-on guidance.

  • Multidisciplinary Knowledge Integration: Unlike traditional learning approaches that occur in silos, polydidacts actively work to break down disciplinary boundaries. They engage in synthesis - the creation of new knowledge by combining two or more insights from different fields. This integration involves three key processes:

    • Connection: The discovery of similarities between ideas while maintaining their distinctiveness

    • Application: The use of knowledge from one context in another

    • Synthesis: The creation of new knowledge by combining insights from multiple disciplines

  • Adaptive Learning Approach: Polydidacts demonstrate adaptive learning, which involves using data-driven instruction to adjust and tailor learning experiences to meet individual needs. This flexibility allows them to adapt to a student's learning style and enables them to learn at their own pace.

EDUCATION

Formally, I hold a BSc in Management with Information Technology from Henley Business School. I broadened this with additional training in Strategic Foresight at KEDGE Business School and Social Change Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School. (Fun fact: I trained directly with Srđa Popović, one of the architects of the overthrow of Serbian president Slobodan Milošević in 2000.)

Beyond the formal qualifications, I maintain an extensive research database that tracks over 3,000 peer-reviewed papers on regenerative strategies and systems change. These papers provide more fulfillment than any formal training.

TOOLKITS I'VE DEVELOPED

Making sense of this vast body of research across so many different domains is no small task. And so I've had to develop specialized AI tools to identify emerging patterns and synthesize knowledge across disciplines.

I couldn't have developed my toolkits without AI (thank you human ingenuity!)

I've avoided writing a traditional book (so far), because no one has the time to read any more, especially on topics as complex as transitions.

Instead, I've packaged these evolutionary models into EvFit AI™. It's a set of chatbot prompts designed to help business leaders use their favorite AI platform to navigate transition times in an evolutionarily coherent way.

I'm told by those who have used it, that this tool is far more useful than a book.
