This assessment is designed to help business leaders evaluate their organization's readiness to navigate evolutionary challenges during a period of significant societal upheaval. Supported by interdisciplinary scientific concepts, this tool will help you understand where your organization stands in the evolutionary journey and identify key areas for transformation and growth.

Assessment Structure

The assessment consists of 20 questions across four key dimensions:

  • Cycle of Empire Navigation - Recognizing and adapting to civilizational cycles

  • Coordination Trends - Evolving how your organization coordinates activities and resources

  • Transformation Readiness - Assessing your willingness to undergo fundamental (and evolutionarily coherent) transformation

This assessment takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and remains absolutely confidential. We understand the sensitive nature of organizational challenges and the assessment does not ask for personal or organization information.
